Very well vinified, very aromatic, magnificent. Very nice woody taste, very well balanced.
Very skilful maturing and vinification. Finesse, subtlety.
A lesson in winemaking for the Bordeaux winemakers!
We visited the castle on Friday, July 15, 2022 through the Pau Tourist Office. Superb welcome, the host took the time to make us discover the domain and the stages of wine making. Then tasting of six wines, and extremely copious meal.
We recommend it with closed eyes, it was an excellent moment!

We spent a very pleasant moment at the château de Jolys! A complete and quality guided tour to discover all the stages of production, followed by a tasting of the wines offered at the castle.
The visit ended with a tasting of local products as part of the "winemaker's snack" organized by the Pau tourist office.
I highly recommend this experience and thank the castle team for their welcome and hospitality.
